Shipping + Returns

 
  • When shipping within the United States, we calculate costs based on weight. For orders of $2,000 or more, we are able to offer free shipping within the contiguous United States.

    Our standard shipping rate uses FedEx Ground for larger orders and USPS for small orders, either of which usually take 5–7 business days. We typically send out shipments on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week.   • We offer international shipping as an option for those who cannot bring the products to their destination country in-person. International shipping rates are calculated based on weight and shipping zone.

    Import Duties/Taxes
    When shipping internationally, you should expect import duties and taxes to be charged on items once they reach their destination country. Any import duties and/or taxes charged on products are the responsibility of the receiver, or the person who has placed the order. Because International is not responsible and cannot provide funds to cover import duties or taxes. We do provide documentation in each shipment which explains the products and their intended charitable purpose. It is best practice to contact the local FedEx or Customs Office in your destination country to find out more about possible duties and taxes. Please note that if shoes are not claimed from customs quickly they may be charged a daily storage fee.

  • If you would like to return your products for any number of reasons, we will do our best to make the process easy, affordable, and quick.

    Changed your mind?
    Reach out to us at info@becauseinternational.org and we can create a return shipping label for you. Once we receive your shoes, we will refund your order minus the cost of return shipping.

    Defective shoes?
    We want to make it right! Simply reach out to us by email at info@becauseinternational.org or by phone at +1-208-697-4417 and we will send you a shipping label to return the faulty pairs and send you new pairs.

  • Notify claims as soon as possible in the case of missing or damaged packages. For missing packages, claims must be notified within 14 days of the expected arrival time. For packages that arrive with damage or loss, claims must be notified at the time of receipt.
